From the first call to the last coat
You ask
Send the form or call. Steve rings back — at the time you picked, if you picked one — and asks about the room, its size and what is there now.
We come to look
A free estimate visit at a time you book online. We measure, check what is behind the damage, and say what we would do.
A written price
The quote arrives in writing, line by line, with the finish level named. Nothing starts until you have agreed it.
The work
Hung, taped, coated, sanded and — if you want it — painted, in that order, by the same crew. The room is cleaned up at the end of each day.
A walk-through
You look at it together in daylight before anything is paid. What is not right gets put right; then you pay by card from a link, or by cash or check.

Common questions
Is a small repair worth a call?
Yes. Plenty of work starts as one hole in one wall, and small jobs are often fitted around bigger ones. Ask even if it is only a patch.
Do I need to move furniture?
Yes. Before we arrive, please move everything out from the wall area, furniture included, so the crew has room to work.
How long does a room take?
Joint compound dries between coats, so most rooms take a few days from board to paint, with short visits in between. The quote says how many.
Do you paint as well?
Yes. Priming and painting are done by the same crew as the drywall, so there is no second contractor to wait for.
How do I pay?
After the walk-through: by card from a secure link sent to your phone or email, or by cash or check.
